Contemporary Chalet within a pleasant typical hamlet. Residential area, very quiet. Sunny Southwest Coteau. Beautiful natural setting of forest and meadows. Good comfort. Cosy Attic rooms. Beautiful unobstructed view of the Beaufortain massif. 3km from the family resort of Arèches-Beaufort and 16km from the link to the Olympic resort of Les Saisies and its vast ski area (Espace Diamant) and the superb Hauteluce-Val-Joly-Contamines-Monjoie area.
