Located about 10 minutes to Parris Island, about 10 minutes to downtown Beaufort, and about 5 minutes to Beaufort Memorial. Quick access to the Spanish Moss Trail. This home has been in our family for generations, and we are happy to welcome you! Large kitchen with plenty of counter space, plus a huge back porch with picnic table and lots of seating for family gatherings. Such a cute little house

This is the perfect house for a family. Its spacious and has such cute charm to it! The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. Very close easy drive to Parris Island, which was perfect for those early family day and graduation mornings!The property manager was very comminucative and responded quickly. Not that we had a want for anything though...this house had everything from showering to our morning coffee!
