At this location you can expect typical Embassy; excellent breakfast, and beds so yummy you just may miss your plane! These are the things, in my opinion, that make up an Embassy Suites. You can also expect the usual friendly service from all the staff. the only reason I gave a 4 star is because I feel they need to update the tired hotel. Its really starting to look dated. Also, we had booked a handicap accessible room online, but when we got there they didn't have one available, although I had booked months in advance.

Everything. The place was wonderful/ staff, breakfast, the bar, rooms were amazing!!! The parking was the only issue. Too few spaces for the amount of cars. But even that was manageable. We will be back!!

We didn’t stay. Our flight was canceled from St Thomas and they would not accommodate us moving our reservation to the following night, BECAUSE WE BOOKED THROUGH EXPEDIA. Between the refusal to allow us to park long term (as they advertise) and the unwillingness to help accommodate our flight cancellation, ALL BECAUSE WE BOOKED THROUGH EXPEDIA) We will NEVER USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN.
