The entrance leads to the living room with lake views and direct access to the covered porch equipped with a dining table and washing machine, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Borromean Islands. The living room is modernly furnished with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a television, a dining table for four people, and a modern open-plan kitchen with all appliances. The bedroom has a lake view, a large wardrobe, and a double bed with access to the terrace. The bathroom has a large shower. On the same floor as the flat is the roof terrace, where there is a beautiful swimming pool with a wonderful view of the gulf and the islands, where you can enjoy a marvellous panorama. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers available to all residents. On the ground floor, there is a reserved covered parking space in the communal garage. In front of the entrance to the residence, a few steps away, there is a small beach from where you can access the lake and take a small boat. The complex is a 3-minute drive from the centre of Baveno and 2 minutes from Stresa, in a perfect location with incredible views.
