Positiv: Tolle Lage mit wunderbaren Ausblick, bis zum Meer. Die Ortschaft Baunei ist sehr schön, tolle Restaurants und nette kleine Geschäfte. Die Wohnung ist groß, es bietet eine Wohnung auf drei Etagen und eine Einliegerwohnung. Negativ: Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist abenteuerlich, zum Teil sehr eng. Mir, und auch anderen Familienangehörigen war die Matratze zu weich, wirkte teilweise schon durchgelegen. Schade ist, das es keine schriftichen Infos zur Wohnung gibt. Es dauert, bis man den Müll korrekt entsorgt bekommt. Die Kommunikation ist, falls man kein italienisch beherrscht schwer, auch mit Google Übersetzung. Ich fand die Abschlussreinigung für 350 zu hoch, und auch die Nebenkosten für Wasser und Gas.
