I was surprised at how. much litter was in the parking lot. I saw someone picking up after I checked out in the morning. The room I was in, was clean, neat, but seriously worn out -- cabinet at the kitchenette has chips, tears, breaks; no bedside lamp, just overhead; musty smell. I think the staff tries, and they were courteous, friendly, but management needs to take long and deep look at the conditions of this property.

The staff was excellent. Only complaint I have is that I booked a non smoking room, but as soon as I entered it smelled of cigarette smoke. The bathroom walls were covered in nicotine stains.

Don’t recommend!

Room had just been cleaned but there were NO towels in room. Went to front desk and asked for towels and was told to bring towels down for exchange….there were none in room how can I exchange. Toilet would “screech” for 5 minutes after flushing. Yes there was a microwave but most suites I have been in with stove provide a pot to cook in or at least paper plates and plastic ware, just saying. Let’s just say this room needs work. Paint bubbling in bathroom above tub. Broken furniture…need I say more.

The first room that was given to me the beds were not made and they were sitting on chairs, the floor had a big red spot on the floor that looked like blood, the second room the refrigerator were rusted very bad, the room had a very bad smell, the toilet when you flush it made a whistle sound, the shower wasn’t cleaned, and the water wouldn’t get hot, for the amount of money that they charged people, the property should look better I would not recommend this place to anyone 😡😡😡

This property was the worst. The employees was very unprofessional judgemental and very disrespectful to the customers. The actual property is unsanitary they have roaches they are false advertising all of their amenities. They do not offer any of the amenities that they advertise which was the reason I booked this hotel. I never would make a reservation here again
