Room was nice and clean. However there was a mixup between Expedia and the hotel when our son tried to check in. I had received a confirmation from Expedia and Super 8 which I had forwarded to our son. He showed it to the hotel but I ended up having to call Expedia (this was 9 pm on Thursday night) to straighten it out. He finally got into his room at 9:45. I still don’t understand where the disconnect happened. I appreciate Expedias Customer Service Rep getting it resolved.
