The staff was fine it's just that I booked this hotel according to the stars/rating.. It wasn't at what I thought because the room was outdated, with stains on the bed skirt, it smelt of wet mildew. The front desk bought in a humidifier which healed a little bit. The "fresh" towels had hair on almost everyone.. This was so disappointing as I was traveling with a special needs child..

Easy location off interstate. Hotel area felt safe and there was ample parking for our box truck. Lady that checked us in was very friendly. Beds were good and room was clean. Took off one star for coffee. The breakfast area had a coffee machine and the coffee was so weak it seemed like the coffee mix had run out weeks earlier. Would stay here again. Took off one star because of the coffee.

I'm hoping that you respond to my feedback and allow me to attach a video. As we checked into room 301, both beds were absolutely disgusting. Behind the mattress it was covered in bed, bugs and blood. I cannot believe the housekeepers would not check this before checking off the room as complete. To pay the amount I did for the room, and not get any compensation for this would be pretty crazy. I'm hoping you respond and allow me to show you the video

As soon as I entered the room, I felt like walking into an indoor pool, and then, as I tried to close the blinds, I spotted a big roach staring at me and ready to jump. Walked out to the front desk and asked for the new room. Never coming here again.

Bathroom wasn't cleaned at all, trash wasn't taken out and hair was all over the sink and floor. The room stunk really bad, the sheets didn't smell clean. Will not stay there again.
