Lovely room...comfy bed.

Very nice room. The only thing i didnt like was there was mildue in the shower. Everything else was great.

Needed better cleaning staff

Initial room was dirty. Manager (very friendly) promptly moved us to another room. Second room was very dusty but sheets were clean and we were exhausted so didn’t fuss. Needed high level cleaning and better oversight.

The ladies working there were both outside smoking when I was walking in (gross); however, they were both very, very nice and helpful. The room was nice, a little dated, but good for what I was wanting. The bathroom could have been cleaner (the tub). The other patrons on the floor were loud and the kids were horribly behaved - slamming doors/running up and down the halls until at least midnight (yes, I know that is not the hotel's fault).

The cushion on the couch was torn up and also dirty. No linens in the room for the pullout bed. They came and cleaned the room and took the dirty towels but did not leave clean ones.

Unbelievable

The absolute worst !!!! Room was obviously not cleaned. - Sheets were dirty, fresh blood on the top sheet. - Smelled like vomit, I went to Target and got fabreeze and air freshener. Gave it to front desk at check out. - No soap, shampoo, or conditioner. - Food left in fridge, take out Chinese from last guest. - Shower door off tracks and would not go back on. - Plastic cups were wet and put back in plastic wraper, not sealed. - 2 dirty towels, refolded poorly. - Hair and band-aid in the bed. Clerk stated she would contact manager for a refund....I would be very shocked, based on experience.

Staff on the evening were super friendly and helpful, we were a little unprepared. Next day when leaving the property after signing out we were hit by another car and the staff continued to be supportive and offered any help they could. Room was nice and comfy. Would definitely recommend if you need to stay over for the night
