I took my great niece on her first trip and stayed at the Bally in Baton Rouge~ there was absolutely NO mention of construction, no mention of no restaurant no mention of no pool!!! I am so disappointed to pay that much money for a poor experience~ they had muffins for sale which were as hard as a brick bat! My 8 yr old great niece was so excited but we had to walk 4 blocks for food and she had no place to swim~ I was quite shocked when we pulled up to such a mess~ the staff was very nice but never apologized for the mess~ I really would like a refund at very least a refund for the over charge I didn’t mind paying for while the hotel was so close to the venue the Canes center~ I am beyond disgusted that you would jack up prices with the hotel in this kind of state! I truly don’t mind paying but I paid for a bad experience~ not used to that!

You can tell this newly renovated property was rush to open during LSU football season. The parking situation is a nightmare. Active construction is going on while guest are on property. Most rooms are not finished according to the images displayed online. The walk from the garage to the hotel is full of hazards. The property is basically forcing everyone to select valet parking to avoid the hazardous area. I am highly disappointed with my stay.

This hotel is under renovation No swimming pool. Over priced and the front desk lady was very rude and short with me. She offered me no information on anything about anything and just seemed to want me away from her. The valet parking team was awesome though. They were my favorite part of the entire hotel.

I was had a stay booked for 8/16, upon arrival we saw construction was being done. We pulled into Valet to ask were the self parking garage due to the amount of stuff we needed to bring in. The valet guy told us the Parking garage was around the corner but did not explain the amount of construction and the distance we had to walk through to get back to the hotel. He did not offer the shuttle or anything, he had the nerve to laugh when I asked him why didnt he inform us of the conditions Both TVs in the room would not display actual TV channels, the lady and front desk was great and apologized. From the parking garage there were no clear directions to hotel, the casino personal could not inform us how to get to Hotel.
