The hosts were very good at communicating and gave clear details how to find the property and gain entrance. The location of the property is excellent for everything in Bath.The property was beautiful, really clean and a great place to stay. A real gem. Will be back soon

Wifi not stable enough. Couldn't use Netflix unless everyone took themselves off wifi. Unfortunately we found the sofa and chairs uncomfortable, very low and difficult to get out of. The knives in the knife block were blunt so we couldn't use them. The apartment itself was gorgeous, it was just these little things that let it down.

Great Location, Very Nice Apartment

Perfect location in Bath, very quick walk to train station, Roman baths, Bath Abbey, restaurants and more. Check out the Mayor’s free walking tour—great overview of the city and how it evolved through the centuries. Hosts have brochures, guidebooks and information in apartment, which is nice. They do not provide body wash or soap, so be prepared. Also, there are a number of house rules that are written in the apartment, but not in policies online, such as no shoes, take out trash at end of stay, hang up towels before leaving, etc. Hosts are working hard to protect an older apartment yet rules seemed like a bit of overkill. Nothing was totally unreasonable, but I had to search for a public trash bin ( found one up the street, across the corner) before we left. Seems like emptying wastebaskets, picking up towels, etc. would be part of the cleaning/service fee, instead of taking up vacation time. Otherwise, self-check-in was smooth: great directions provided. Apartment was clean, everything worked fine, and we had a comfortable stay. No trouble recommending it to others. If you arrive before check-in there are several baggage storage places just across the street from the train station. We checked our bags in at 1:00 pm and then caught the 2 pm walking tour that ended at 4 pm. At that point we were able to check into the apartment and get settled. Again, very easy and smooth with a bit of planning.
