A stunning, recently renovated semi-detached home for up to 10 guests, 15 minute walk to town and 3 minutes to local amenities. Parking for two cars on the driveway.
The spacious living areas are ideal for entertaining - the open plan kitchen features a beautiful glazed roof, flooding the space with natural light. A generous island offers a perfect spot for meal prep and bar seating. Bi-fold doors lead to a patio and sunny raised garden for entertaining in summer months.
The open plan living space allows for plenty of room for entertaining, with Sonos speakers to listen to your favourite tunes, or you can watch your favourite streaming services on the TV in one of two reception rooms. The ground floor boasts underfloor heating making for a comfortable warmth underfoot.
The accommodation has a double driveway for two cars. There is an EV charger for a small additional fee upon arrangement.
Situated in the quiet, popular area of Bath known as Bear Flat, the accommodation is only a 15 minute walk into the city centre. There are numerous amenities within a three minute walk including a Gastro pub, The Bear, the Co-op, Cook, Majestic wine and the popular Good Bear Cafe, not to mention the Michelin star restaurant Menu Gordon Jones. For outdoor excursions, we are a 13 minute walk to Alexandra Park and 7 minutes to the Two Tunnels path.
For an additional daily fee, we offer rental of a Tesla Model 3. This will be fully insured and is bookable separately via Turo, subject to availability. Details will be shared upon booking, however you can find further details on the Turo website.
We allow well behaved dogs provided they stay downstairs and off soft furnishings. This is not a party house therefore Stag and Hen parties are not permitted.
