Boutique private apartment convenient for city - Pass the Keys
Modern well-equipped Georgian-style ground floor apartment in a prestigious development, set in 6 acres of communal gardens, with a designated parking space and private courtyard just 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Bath, also serviced by buses every 15 minutes or so.
This modern apartment with private parking space is on the ground floor. From the car park, take a short walk along the path through the communal grounds to the private entrance gate to the apartment. There are 4 steps down into the courtyard from which the front door is accessed. The west-facing courtyard is a sun trap and provides a lovely outdoor area for relaxing whilst the french doors from the reception area and the bedroom can be opened up to create a wonderful airy space.
The open-plan apartment is well-equipped. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, and Miele hob, oven and microwave, as well as plentiful dining and cooking equipment. The reception area has a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, comfortable sofabed, recliner chair and a generous dining space. There is excellent Wi-Fi connectivity and heating throughout. There are also an air purifier and cooling fan to ensure you are comfortable throughout your stay.
The bedroom can be set up either as a king size bed or as twin beds (by prior arrangement - please note that these are smaller than standard singles and you would need to notify us upon booking, this cant be facilitated after check in). You may wish to use the sofa bed in the open-plan reception area for a third guest (again, by prior arrangement, this cant be facilitated after check-in and a one off £15 charge would apply) . The apartment also offers a modern bathroom with bath and over-bath shower.
Tea and instant coffee, bedding, towels and toiletries are provided. The apartment is also equipped with a washer-drier.
Guests may also enjoy the communal grounds or book the tennis court.
