Great location between the Circus and teh Royal Crescent. This is a period town house so expect stairs and odd room shapes. Fitting, whilst clean, were worn. Getting took a big of figuring out. Had to access a key safe to get in, not helped by there being two key safes with the same number. Take a torch.

Excellent location just steps away from the Royal Crescent and Circus. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Check in and check out very straight forward and polite easy going host. Paid parking close by in Charlotte street. Would certainly return. Many thanks

Everything was good and very easy, the room was lovely , a nice quiet area, next to a friendly cafe & short walk into the centre of Bath. Communication getting the key was great too. Would gladly stay again!

Awesome Georgian Decor

Room was clean and well designed. There was a nice touch of rustic feeling throughout the property. Check-in was quick and straightforward. Be wary that there is no lift and being on the top floor will require you to go through several narrow staircases.

Didn’t meet any staff but they communicated well with information on late check in. Hotel is located in historic area. Did have to uber to and from the main shop and sightseeing locations since the hotel is up a steep hill. Only walkable from train station without luggage. Room was quaint but smelled bad despite being clean.

Great Stay💕

Such a lovely hotel, I stayed in 2 different rooms because I had to extend my trip. Room 4 was so cute, quiet & beautiful view. Room 3 was really nice too, just a bit more noise from the street. I would have loved a fridge being there for 5 days, but I would definitely stay there again! Great location & nice staff. Highly recommend! 🙏❤️
