Welcome to your new holiday home. 9 Spinnakers Reach is located in the heart of Batemans Bay, directly on the water overlooking the beautiful Clyde River. Just a 5 minute walk along the waterfront to Batemans Bay town and all the restaurants, shops and activities it has to offer
The Space:
Enter this unit and feel yourself relax immediately. Pour yourself a glass of wine and take a seat on the undercover balcony. Take in the view which is arguably the best in the Bay and stretches to the Batemans Bay Bridge out to the Tollgate Islands.
The property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit
In the main bedroom you have a Queen bed with brand new ensuite that feels like your own private spa, you also have your own access to the balcony. The property also offers a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and electric cooktop and a laundry with washing machine and dryer, and another brand new bathroom with huge tub and shower.
The carpark is only suitable for small cars.
