The one-bedroom we were given free upgrade to was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and the location was great, right next to Grand Batam Mall. The spread at breakfast was good - though not everything was tasty. But enough variety to pick and choose a hearty breakfast. Will definitely stay again if I am coming to this part of Batam again.

Impeccable. Love their complete amenities: iron board&iron, robe, hairdryer, clothes dryer rack, umbrella (to prepare for rainy weather And love the room i was given with kitchenette and ALL its cooking utensils, pots, microwave, washing machine and real fridge (not mini fridge) Its fantastic setup! A complete home away from home!!!
