Escape to Cameron Ranch Glamping’s Lakefront Cabin #3 – “The Firefly”, located inside Lake Bastrop North Shore Park, developed in partnership with GLAT Austin. Just one hour from downtown Austin, this beautiful lakefront cabin offers the perfect balance of nature and luxury.

Enjoy artisan-crafted furniture, stylish décor, Wi-Fi, full HVAC, hotel-quality linens, and a private indoor bathroom. Step outside to your granite patio with lake views, a gas grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining area — perfect for morning coffee or stargazing by the fire.

🐾 Pet Friendly: Up to two dogs allowed for a $49 fee per pet, per stay. Please clean up after your pets, keep them off furniture, and never leave them unattended.

Sleeps up to 6 guests (most comfortable for 2-4)



1 King bed, 2 twin beds, plus 2 pull-out trundles



Full indoor bathroom with hot shower, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash



Mini-split HVAC, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, and cookware essentials



Gas grill (propane provided) and wood fire pit (wood available for purchase at camp store or Buc-ee’s)



Pet friendly, lake access, and outdoor seating

🌲 The Experience

Nestled along the peaceful shores of Lake Bastrop, The Firefly combines rustic charm with modern comfort. You’ll have direct access to the lake, nearby kayak rentals, hiking trails, and scenic picnic spots.

Please note this cabin sits within a public park, so you may see other park visitors and glampers — but you’ll have your own private cabin area to relax and unwind.

You have 1 parking spot by the unit but additional available within a 2-3 minute walk of the site in the general parking lot.

Check-In: 4:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

🏡 House Rules

No events or parties



No smoking indoors ($250 fine)



Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM



Located in a natural setting — you may encounter insects or wildlife. These are part of the outdoor experience and are not grounds for refunds.

Firewood not provided — available for purchase at the LCRA Camp Store or Buc-ee’s



One propane tank is included per stay

🪪 ID Verification

After booking, you’ll receive a secure Lodgify email to verify your ID — just like a hotel check-in.

💳 Payment & Cancellation Policy

Booking Deposit:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.



Remaining 50% balance is automatically charged 14 days before check-in.



Cancellations:

Cancel within 24 hours of booking: 90% refund of deposit (10% kept for processing).



Cancel up to 30 days before check-in: 90% refund of deposit (10% kept for processing).



Cancel less than 30 days before check-in: no refund.



Weather-related cancellations: No refunds unless a county emergency order is issued.



Security Hold:

A $250 hold (not a charge) is placed on your card one day before check-in to cover potential damages.



If no damage is reported, the hold is released after departure (3–4 business days depending on your bank).
