Staff was welcoming and courteous. Brandy went the extra mile by calling me early in the day we were traveling to let me know our rooms were ready for our requested early check-in. Riom was spotless and comfortable.

Beds were comfortable. I know it’s a new hotel but have the staff go back and update clocks and turn off the alarms for new check ins.

The room was nice, the ac was noisy the staff new about it and said they are waiting for a replacement but they put us in a noisy room anyway knowing the ac was not working properly. The toilet back up and didn’t get fixed after I requested it to be fixed three times the lady said she couldn’t get to it because she had to go to work? Must be the second job but I asked another person and he said he would get to it but didn’t so when my wife and I got back the the room late at night it was still backed up so the person behind the desk went looking for a plunger after awhile he found one and handed it to me and I fixed it myself. Everything else was great if it weren’t for the problems I mentioned above it would have been great. Thank you

This is a great property! The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette was great - bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good too! Great stay!
