The description and photos of the property did not match the actual property. When we arrived there was no furniture on the deck, no microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, or grill. There was only one pint drinking glass, and one 10 ounce tumbler glass. There was no ice maker or kitchen island. There was flatware for only two people, including a steak knife that had paint residue on it from opening a paint can. The wireless internet was weak since it was being fed from the upstairs unit. The pool was cleaned once on the second day we were in residence then again on the second to last day of our stay. We were unable to use the pool for the entire last week of our stay.We spent over 500US on basic home essentials (trash can, measuring cups and spoons, flatware, glassware, pitchers, tongs, dish clothes, tea towels, hot mitts, coffee mugs, coffee maker, mixing bowls, beach towels, a fan for the main room since the ceiling fan was non functioning.)The owner did come by on our fifth day with a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker(that didn't work), and flatware (that we had already purchased). He also put a beat up table on the deck with four seats that were actually newer. The broken ceiling fan was replaced during our fourth week of residence.The host and the managing agent were mostly no-responsive during our stay so I just gave up sending them messages.I would not recommend this property or any other property associated with this owner.
