I booked this hotel having stayed in another location previously and the service and standards remain high. Very clean and comfortable room, with a nice sized bathroom and shower. Great central location close to the main train station and trams/buses to other areas. Walkable to the river too, and with great food and drink locations around. Highly recommend.

Great location. No drinks in room at all. Breakfast very limited, sitting area for breakfast where uncomfortable and more for relaxing than eating. Cocktails great and lots of good restaurants very close by Anataoli was excellent.

Really well positoned hotel and generally great throughout. Room was a little small and a bit odd window facing onto an open shopping centre which was weird for privacy otherwise would highly recommend ....staff were great

Highly recomend

Cleanliness, location superb. Problem getting a taxi to hotel, which is in a pedestrian zone. However, buses and teams are free and go just about everywhere with very little wait time. No coffee maker in room. No refrigerator in room, but room spacious and nicely decorated.

During Eurovision so outside was noisy, crowded and probably not as clean as usual. But big police presence and didn’t see many problems considering number of people. Good job! And a beautiful, charming city. I’d love to return when it’s quieter.

We really enjoyed our rooms and the amenities. The lounge area was fun and vibrant. The price was very reasonable and vouchers for free transit for 24 hours was most appreciated. Dolphin assisted us and went above and beyond, ensuring we made the right tram to the airport. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!
