If you are after a peaceful break in a beautiful-coastal town then look no further. This purposely built guest/studio retreat offers privacy comfort & quiet location . Ideal for singles, couples or friends (who don't mind sharing a queen size bed) . 5 Mins drive to Barwon heads river surf beaches bars cafes & restaurants (nice 20 min walk ) Great walks coffee and wineries. 1 bedroom retreat. Studio room with ensuite. A private entrance. NOT A FULL HOUSE.

Access to an outside cast iron hot water bathtub - great on hot nights & after surfing or swimming in the ocean or river.

Quiet with everything we needed for the weekend

Fantastic little stayz, tucked away in a quiet spot at the back of town. Easy to communicate with property manager and knew we could reach them easily if needed. Accomodation had everything we needed for the little weekend stay.

Asmara relaxation

Had everything we needed and it was convenient to local attractions that interested us. Comfortable bed and armchair. The toilet end of the bathroom was tight but manageable and the shower was excellent. The hosts were nice people.

Beautiful lil house

A hidden gem! A little studio that is everything and more. We didn’t need to bring a thing. Studio is very comfortable, clean and well set out. Very peaceful and out of the way. A quick drive into Barwon Heads and beyond. Could be a bit tricky to find at night but well worth it! We will definitely be back and I’ve already recommended this stay. A really beautiful spot

Natural setting at Barwon Heads

Tucked away in a quiet court this property was in a natural garden with privacy and outdoor seating options. Short drive to shops and beach . Compact shower and toilet had plenty of towels and we had a small coat rack to hang our clothes. For a short stay it was all you wanted.

Wedding weekend celebrations

Host (Dianne) was very accomodating & responded quickly to any Q’s, etc, thank you. Asmara retreat was great, our privacy respected, close to cafes & other ammenities. The retreat was very clean and just perfect for our stay whilst we enjoyed the family wedding festivities during this time. Absolute bliss

Thank you Dianne for a peaceful and relaxing stay at Asmara. Your warm, welcoming and tastefully furnished space was just what I needed for my break from the daily grind. The bed was super comfy and the shower was wonderful. Loved the meandering pathway just outside the gate, for short walks and was not to far to walk for great coffee each morning. I couldn't have wished for more! Five stars! *****

Lovely and relaxing

We had a wonderful stay here. Property exactly as the photos. Check in a breeze with lovely Dianne. Only complaints are -Bed was too firm for our liking which resulted in stiff backs. - Outside area had alot of cobwebs and spiders making it hard to relax out there -Wi- fi kept dropping out on TV meaning that Netflix etc didn't work. But we understand probably can't be helped in the location. Only mentioning this as some feedback for Dianne :) Other then that everything was perfect! Loved that she left some lindt balls and Tim Tam's for us. Thankyou Di
