The air conditioning in our room did not work. We reported it to the desk, and a staff person went to our room and supposedly did a work around with the thermostat. It didn’t work. Thermostat was set to 17 and it was 27 in our room. At 2:00 am we were opening the window. Our room felt like a sauna. At checkout, we were offered apologies but no compensation.

Lovely hotel but we arrived during the power outage that hit all of Portugal. We had no internet nor a warm meal….but staff were extremely helpful. Somehow they managed a lovely salad and drinks. Parking was difficult.

Great value. The suite was spacious for 3 people. Parking was very easy at the mall next door. Central location- near the parkway and having the mall nearby was very convenient (there’s a food court and grocery store.) I would stay there again.
