Overall felt very satisfied with the property .. clean units , well maintained . The front desk staff was so polite and friendly and they even gave us a complimentary food voucher which we could use it in the Blue mountain Village that was so kind act of the staff . Overall experience: Excellent. ,looking forward to stay next time on visit too :)

We stayed at this hotel in 2018 and 2019 and returned for a two-night stay recently. Unfortunately, the quality has declined. Check-in took longer than expected, the room had broken chairs that were unsafe, and cleanliness was noticeably worse than before. The furniture and small appliances appear unchanged after many years, and basic items like toilet paper, paper towels, and Kleenex were poorly restocked. Recommendation: Management needs to focus on safety, cleanliness, and updating the rooms. Until improvements are made, I would not recommend this hotel.

The resort is very well located, just a few minutes from Blue Mountain Village and in a beautiful spot right in front of the lake. While the facilities are older, they are well maintained, and the apartments are fully equipped with everything needed for families and large groups. I would definitely stay at the resort again. The customer service is polite, but not particularly friendly.

The view of the suite was very good and parking is just outside of the suite. Full kitchen and dinning facility with utensils are available. I will stay again in this resort in coming summer hopefully. I highly recommend this property to family gathering.

The room was very clean and well equipped. Great location. Older place but well maintained. Great for families. Nice little pool though we didn't have time to swim. The bed in the main bedroom was unfortunately very hard, would benefit from a foam topper. Would have loved a floor mat by the door as it was very snowy and messy. Is this hotel perfect? No. Is it perfectly acceptable? Yes!
