The staff were all so very friendly and pleasant. The 2nd floor hallway did have an ammonia smell (dampness or cats?), however the room was clean and welcoming. The timer for the hot tub jets is limited to 5 minutes, so there was a little bit of in and out, but the pool area was clean, with plenty of fresh towels.

Not a good experience.

When I came in, it was pretty late. The lady at the front is busy on her phone. It is not busy so it is understandable. However, she did mine so fast, she did not explain everything even breakfast, I have to ask her the timings. All she did was to ask for my name and credit card. Also, when we get in to the room, it smells cigarettes, bed sheets have stains.. bathroom tub is rusty as well. Breakfast is decent. They have eggs, waffles etc. Small area but okay.

Go to a different hotel. We arrived and the roon smelled like smoke. We asked for a different room and they said there was none available. They delivered us a visibly very old cot and it had some white powder in the middle, which they swore was "just out of the box". The toilet would not flush. We were there for about 35 mins before leaveing and because we were over 30 mins thery woukd not cancel and refund our room as we were over 30 mins. We tried to work through expedia but they were not able to get a refund either. The property told expedia that the toilet worked, the smell was from outside, the cot was new, they tried to offer use a new room, and that wee stayed for over 1 and a half hours. All of which was untrue. The hotel would not give a refund and Expedia did nothing to help. Find a different hotel (we went to the Best Western Plus beside it) and book directly and Expedia doesnt help. Very dissappointed in the hotel and Expedia

It's a converted motel right next to a highway. It was noisy and really smelly inside my room. The room smelled like cannabis and the bathroom smelled like salt and vinegar chips. There was a big hair on my brownish sheets. Too tired to complain and the staff were just young, so it wasn't going to go anywhere

Beds were comfortable but the washroom layout was a little weird as the towels were on the opposite side of the bathroom and there was no hooks to hang them close to the shower or back of the door. Otherwise, was good.

The air conditioning the TV and the alarm clock in my room are all unplugged when I arrived. The TV could never ever connect to the Internet so I couldn’t use it. People were allowed to smoke outside and drink in the parking lot until 2 AM the evening I was there.

terrible stay. do not recommend if you’re looking to feel safe and comfortable. Hallways were dirty (garbage), smelt musty. Room gave me the ick as soon as I walked in. Holes in the wall, stains everywhere, dirty towels, stained sheets, found hair, not all lights worked, tv barely worked. The only thing convenient about this place was the location…and maybe the microwave (if it even works) lol. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Service was good, hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Room was updated, bathroom poorly updated. Floors seemed noisy and our curtains didn’t close all the way and there was a security light that came directly into our room. Breakfast was decent and staff was very polite. We would stay here again as the price was great.
