I was not impressed. I stay at another brand of hotels that are in the lower price range like this and find them to be way better. Staff was okay. Breakfast was not good, very few options, scrambled eggs were cold. Bathtub was old with low water pressure. The bathroom door was marked up quite a bit with paint missing. Hall door didn’t always close automatically. I looked up some restaurants on the information kiosk upfront, luckily I googled the restaurant I thought about going to because it was permanently closed. That needs updating. I did not see any accessible parking spaces. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice.

I didn't like the staff that came in my room 1/2 hour after we rented it to ask if we needed something. I could have been naked and she jusy walked in. I understand that staff can come in the next morning to clean but right after we rented it was weird.

The room smelled like someone had just used the washroom for a number 2 when we first walked in, not to mention the smell of stale cigarettes. Also, the carpets were so gross you could actually FEEL the grime under your feet, so my kids ended up wearing socks the entire time in the room which got brown by the time they went to bed. The corners of the baseboards were peeling off the wall, the bathtub/faucet was super old and the tub had no drain cap/mesh. The bathroom sink let out a funky smell when you ran the water. The hair dryer was wall mounted but had to have the plug hanging because the switch wouldn't work to turn it off if it was plugged in. While the front desk girls were polite enough, I was really put off by the fact that they charged the card before we even arrived, especially since we were planning on paying with a card different from the one we booked with. The swimming pool was extremely cold - not like regular hotel pools. Was very disappointing for my kids. Overall felt like management was barely keeping up with what was necessary and cutting corners wherever they could. Very irritated, given that they'd hiked the price up for the kids competitions that were happening around town. We paid around $350 for a dirty room that really did the Wyndham line a disservice.

Rooms were small (and not recently rennovated as stated) Bathroom floor has water under the floor and would leak out when you stepped on it. Hair dryer handle in bathroom was so hot it burned my hand We stayed 3 nights, i emptied my own garbages and had to call to have any house keeping service. Hallways were noisy Saw many people smoking in their rooms into the back parking lot Lots of sketchy people that made us feel nervous

Achy breaking back and neck

The bed was horrible, mattress needs to be replaced did not sleep all night it went downhill. Fan blew all night until I unplugged it. Pillows need replacing like sleeping on a brick. Shower need replacing ( head) . Toilet paper roll loose. One light bulb in bathroom. Loved the dove products. Tv was good

I will not use expedia again to book hotels. This hotel was not worth the 250 i was charged. BED was broken extreme sinking in the centre. Broken door lock dents and bad paint. Just plain disgusting.
