Staff are amazing kind, smiling, always there to help. Hotel is a company from China so the quality is really cheap, Bugs on the plates in the dining, in the room, inside the elevator. Food average, bed is good, bathroom clean but low quality. This hotel is 2 stars. No the 4.8 points described by Expedia. To much money for the money you pay:(

Never again at this location, After checking in, I went to my room and was immediately disappointed. The room hadn’t been properly cleaned, the toilet wasn’t flushing, and the shower wasn’t working correctly. I asked to speak with the hotel manager, but the situation only got worse. The property was surrounded by a noisy construction zone, which made both the room and pool area extremely loud and unpleasant. Although we were offered a coupon for a welcome drink, it wasn’t available when we came to redeem it. The hotel manager I spoke with was unprofessional and unhelpful—he didn’t apologize once for the inconvenience and seemed more interested in upselling me than addressing any of the issues. The breakfast staff were nice , while the bar man at the 12th floor was not friendly at all I will be filing a formal complaint with the Radisson corporate office regarding this experience.

little dissapointment

The bed was good, the building is old, they stayed in the 90's construction it has not been renewed. The service was good of part of the employees but the politys were bad. they just put a small bottle of water the first day, the other days they don't give you anything. The hotel is managed by an independent business and is not part of Radisson hotels. just has the name

Nice hotel. Nice staff. The room was small. Difficult to work from the tiny table or eat in the room. The swimming pool is small. Restaurant is very expensive. Other Buildings on all 4 sides. No good view except from the terrace.
