This is a beautiful hotel, well and centrally located in a safe neighborhood. The decor, service, in room bar and snacks, cold AC and extremely hot weather were perfect. Breakfast is delicious, the best I had, and the rooftop pool is nice, with views to the river.

This is my third time in this location and I’m unlikely to go to any other hotel in the future. The staff recognizes me and is kind. The rooms are continually great. The restaurant is consistently delicious. It feels like a safe, comfortable home away from home.

There is something about Colombia where they seem to have an unwritten rule about not letting you check in one minute prior to the 3pm check in time. We arrived 1.5 hours early (already sent a message asking for early check in). Room wasn’t ready which we expected so ate lunch upstairs in their rooftop lounge. We then waited at reception past check in time which was very frustrating. The room was very nice and the beds extremely comfortable.

It was a really nice experience. Love to had breakfast at 10th floor with a beautiful view of the city , Celia and Carlos were amazing and excellent customer service ! And the food was so tasty !
