Nestled in The Great Smokey Mountains of Western North Carolina, at the base of Our Private Mountain, on Big Ivy River, is this an amazing, newly renovated house, and unforgettable getaway spot waiting for you and your friends or family to make unforgettable memories!

The house is fully stocked with blankets, sheets, pillows, towels...even Xtra large towels if you want to go swimming in the creek, or relax in the hot tub!

The house is furnished with Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner, Dove Body Wash! There are dishes, glasses, silverware....full set of pots, pans, cooking utensils, and baking sheets....some spices are also available for you to use! There's a gas grill if you're an outdoor type of cook.

There is a dishwasher in the house....a washer and dryer are coming soon?

+Horseback riding is also available for all age riders 20mi down the road on a 550 acre farm at Smokey Mountain Trail Rides offering 1 - 2 or 3 hour rides.

*Fishing in Big Ivy Creek - Explore the creek and try your hand at catching our Native & Stocked Brown and Rainbow Trout!

*Campfire - In a special spot on the farm, surrounded by water and a waterfalls - Cook S'mores or hotdogs on your private fire right on Big Ivy Creek! Memories with your family and friends will be cherished forever

*Take a relaxing walk to Community Center playground, swing set, basketball courts and more!

*Waterfall -2.2 mi. drive to National forest entrance from there a lovely drive up to the top (about 30 min), then walk down and enjoy Douglas Falls waterfalls! (about 15 min)

Part of the Main driveway. This is a 60+ acre farm and some of the hiking trails may be shared with guests from another house located on the farm.

This is a truly amazing place to stay! These pictures do not give this place justice!
Here, nestled at the bottom of this private mountain is a little piece of heaven on earth!
All of our guests that have stayed on this farm, in the other house, (thru another rental service) have had nothing but great things to say!
