There are cycle routes and fishing is available on the River Tees with a permit, as well as on Grassholme and Selset reservoirs where there is also sailing. The Lake District is a 45 minutes’ drive. Quiet location in a lovely village.
Very cosy cottage for two with an enclosed garden. Located in the village with a two pubs and restaurants next door. Very little noise from the road or village. The cottage is situated in the corner of the old cemetary. Excellent loaction for both walking or excursions by car.
