Clean room, good breakfast. My complaint is a requested connecting rooms and received an email with saying they would accommodate us and even gave us the room numbers. However when checking in my rooms were not available, apparently because the guests decided to extend their stay. We were not offered other connecting rooms in place of the other. I asked if we could be compensated for the inconvenience and was told no because my two rooms were next to each other. Also wanted to charge the room to a different card than was on the reservation, but didn’t have a chance to before the staff checked us out.

Found huge stain in bed of room 202. It looked like some has been murdered. We didn’t realize it until the next morning when we were checking the bed to make sure we didn’t forget anything. We took a picture and sent it to Expedia who then called the hotel. Manager said she would compensate us but she hasn’t done anything.

I love everything about this place. This is the second time I have stayed here. The rooms are clean and spacious. I liked the hard floors. The pool is clean. Breakfast is great. Staff is great! This past time I really appreciated the TV! I came from staying at a place with a hotel with a small TV and it was not enjoyable to sit back and watch from the bed. This room had a nice big TV that I could sign into my Netflix and just relax. Really enjoyable.

The place was not as pictured on the site the area outside the hotel was dirty. Requested two cribs and the hotel only had one for the whole building. When they brought the crab to me in was rusted and had holes in the bass big enough for a child’s leg to fall through. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone.

This was good. I think the property was better a few years ago but it’s still ok, takes pets & is close to the highway. The front desk personnel was exceptional. He was very helpful.
