A spacious and ample house with air conditioning, spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase, ideal for a peaceful holiday with friends and family. You are just 200 metres from the centre and a few kilometres from the best beaches of Ogliastra and the beautiful mountains of the area. The house consists of 2 double bedrooms, 3 twin bedrooms, and can accommodate 3 more people thanks to 2 sofa beds in the living areas, making it perfect for several families. Free parking for cars and motorbikes is available inside the property. For motorbikes, you can also park in an indoor garage. The gazebo with outdoor tables, as shown in the photos, is available only during the summer months for safety reasons. You are kindly asked to strictly follow waste separation, according to the schedules provided in the house.
