Needed first floor and they were most accommodating. Would love to have an additional chair in the room because I'm short and cannot sit on the bed, husband hogged computer chair! Very nice and updated facility...thank you!

This property is an easy drive to everything you will want to do in Bardstown. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast and 24 hour beverage/coffee bar is a plus! We felt it was comfortable, roomy, and reasonably priced. Along with the fact that we really enjoyed Bardstown KY and the surrounding areas we will be back. Thanks Distill-Inn!

We chose this hotel for value and parking we were on a road trip and wanting to visit the bourbon trail. Great location, a little outside of the downtown core but still walkable (around 35min to town centre depending on your walking speed). Did not disappoint!

The hotel has a distinct and strong smell. We were able to the smell removed from the room. A lot of people are sensitive to smells so you may want to reconsider the strong odor you create. We were unable to enjoy the bar because of this

Nice place to stay

This was a very unique hotel. Nice furnishings, and great housekeeping service. We were surprised to have hot items added to the breakfast. One review, someone previously stated it was just a cold breakfast. They had cute mini waffle station, eggs, biscuits and gravy and sausage. They also have cereal/oatmeal, bagels, bread for toast, yogurt, etc. The only thing, housekeeping uses a strong floor cleaner, Fabulosa undeluded. I could smell it going to bed. It also states on the hotel site that it has a swimming pool and that’s not true. They might’ve had one at one time, but my husband thinks they filled it in where they put the indoor Pickleball court and cornhole, which is unique.

Whenever we are in the area we stay at Distill Inn. As do our friends now. It is clean, comfortable and affordable. Mary is a true treasure. Looking forward to next time.

Overall good stay

Overall good stay. Rooms were clean. Towels could use an update (several were stained with make-up (hopefully?)). Bar staff is the front desk person at that time, and they’re attentive enough to work both. No elevator, which isn’t a big deal for us. Would stay again.
