durchschnittlich, der Zustand der Wohnung hat den Gesamteindruck verdorben.

Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, Lage gut. Leider war sie im Keller völlig verdreckt. Auch die Küchenschränke dürften Jahre nicht geputzt worden sein. Die beiden WC's waren eine Zumutung; schmutzige Ablagerungen, die nicht zu entfernen waren. Die Bürsten konnte man nicht anfassen, uralt und ebenfalls völlig verdreckt. Die Matratzen sind vielleicht in Italien so üblich, entsprechen aber nicht dem Durchschnittstandard in einem drei-Sterne-Hotel.
