Le logement est très bien situé, à 5 min en voiture des pistes. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut en termes d'équipement. Le grand espace (hippodrome) juste devant la maison est un vrai plus quand on a des enfants. Pour 1 semaine, c'est parfait.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette appartement où nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Il est vraiment très bien équipé et les équipements sont de qualité. Il fait. Imen chaud et le poêle à bois est vraiment très agréable. La situation est parfaite : tous les commerces sont proches et la station de Pra loup à 12mn. Nous avons été très bien accueilli également. C’est une très bonne adresse.

We hebben héél erg genoten van het huis . Inderdaad volledig ingericht "als thuis". Alles is er aanwezig ( en ruim voldoende ! ) en alles van goede kwaliteit. De rust - de ideale ligging voor wandelingen - motor-en of fietstochten , prachtig uitzicht op de bergen...leuke "activiteiten" op de grote weide voor het huis...Een échte aanrader ! Goede service van de vriendelijke congiërge. Wij komen héél graag terug !

Superbe appartement à 10 minutes des pistes

L’appartement est conforme à la description. Il est spacieux. Il a été rénové avec goût. Il est fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Les matelas sont neufs et de bonne qualité. Il est près de Barcelonnette et à côté de la navette pour le Sauze ce qui est très pratique. La propriétaire est très réactive et répond à toutes nos questions ce qui est appréciable. Le seul bémol serait au niveau de la procédure d’entrée avec la conciergerie de l’ubaye où la prestation n’a pas été professionnelle et mon interlocuteur a été à la limite de la courtoisie. Mais cela n’est pas du fait du propriétaire et ne m’empêchera pas de relouer ce logement qui est vraiment super en tous points.

Sehr nette freundliche und spontane Vermieterin und Verwalter. Von innen ist das Haus grandios, von außen etwas individuell. Würde jederzeit wieder dort wohnen wollen. Alleine der morgendliche Ausblick beim Aufstehen. Vielen Dank Sophie und Stephane

Excellent séjour à Barcelonnette

L'appartement est très bien décoré, agencé, meublé et équipé : du 5 étoiles. Parmi les bonnes surprises, une guitare folk, une enceinte haut de gamme et l'accès à prime vidéo l'appartement est très bien situé, au calme, avec une jolie vue sur le Sauze, près du centre ville de Barcelonnette (on y allait à pied) et avec accès très facile aux stations de ski : la navette gratuite pour le Sauze s'arrête juste à côté du portail. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, reposant mais aussi sportif !

Séjour très agréable

Location très bien équipée, proche commodités, vue très agréable. Seul point à améliorer : espace extérieur à aménager. Seule une petite terrasse devant le gîte et à proximité du parking.
