Not what it looks like on the pictures

This property did not look like the pictures. The property was dirty, the walls, the bathrooms and we had BED BUGS in one of the rooms, couldn't sleep at all with that kind of guests in the bed. We had problem with the smart door 8/10 times. Once we were stuck outside until 00.30 am with 2 little children. One of the toilets stopped flushing after second day. The good things were that the flat was fairly central, had many options between buses amd Metro to get around. And when we reported the door fault they were there very quick to fix it. The customer servis was 10/10 and very helpfull. But the price we paid was not worth the state of the flat.

Pas exactement comme sur les photos et voisins très agressifs.

Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement ne ressemblant pas vraiment au photos, nous avions du chuchoter toute la journée et ne pas rester dans l’appartement car un voisin nous a agresse à plusieurs reprise en pleine journée car on « parlais trop fort », d’autres voisins n’avaient absolument pas entendu le moindre bruit. En revanche les lits sont très confortable, les douches marchent très bien et l’appartement est situé pas très loin de tout.
