Travelled with family and small children
the washing machine has an awful loud noise when washing clothes and there is no dryer. coffee machine not well equipped even for first day arrival (no supplies at all), then it broke but got replaced same day which was great. had an issue turning gas oven as there was no lighter. asked for one and it got supplied same day. not enough toilette paper - when we asked for more we were told we needed to buy- and no kitchen essentials available such as salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, paper towel , toilette paper etc. most important point is that hot water runs out and one needs to reset water heater tank which we did not know about until last day. staff very helpful though and accommodating to storing our luggage in office on last day before our departure as check out time was 11 and flight was at 4 pm
