Phone in the room did not work, we were there over night to catch an early flight. So we decided to order room service and we used our cell phone which was an international call, they did not want to help us out. We went down and front desk did not what to do. We asked for a different room, room service arrived and the pizza was uneatable. Hotel is clean and comfortable but service lacks professionalism. I would recommend the hotel but not the staff and especially avoid the room service. Would i stay here or around this area, most likely no! That was the worst pizza i ever had in my life, supposed to be ham but smelled like fish and tasted awful!

Property and rooms are pretty average. Property is super clean and organized. Breakfast which is included in your stay is absolutely amazing! The Problem is the shuttle. Do not count on them to pick you up from the airport! I received a message which states that there would be a shuttle every 30-40 min, we waited for 40 min and nothing! Until we decided to call the hotel and they told us the driver was on brake and wouldn’t return for another 20 min plus the time for him to drive to airport which would be 1:40 hours of waiting time for us. We had to take a cab after 1 hour waiting!! That was pretty frustrating as we were cold and hungry. Shuttle to take us to the airport from the hotel, on the other hand was on time and handy. So wouldn’t recommend counting on them to pick you up from the airport as they are reliable.

Superb in design, features and cleanliness. Due to its closer proximity to the airport there’s not a lot to do around this hotel. However, a quick ride on public transit brings you to the city centre where tours and sightseeing opportunities exist.

Close to the airport. We used the complementary hotel shuttle to the airport. The room was modern and the bed was comfortable, however the room was unusually warm throughly our stay. We lowered the thermostat as low as was allowed, but the room was still too hot. Thankfully we had a small travel fan to use.

Clean and convenient.

We chose to stay here due to the proximity to the airport and the convenience of complementary airport shuttle. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
