My stay was only one night. Staff are friensly and very helpful. The bed and pillows were excellent. Very imporatnat since my stay was to acclimate to the new time zone. Lo ation is excellent. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Stylish, clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff located in a lovely area within walking distance of both the metro and main centre. Plenty and good restaurants nearby. Only thing we found was the hotel itself lacked atmosphere.

Nice place in a quiet area of the neighborhood with shops all around and easy to get to from the airport. The room was a bit too small but rather than that everything esle was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was not as described on Expedia or online. It was very small and located in a bad area, directly across from numerous trash containers. There was no warm welcome or amenities like drinks, coffee, or juice that other properties typically offer. The room was extremely small, and overall, it was a disappointing experience. I only stayed one night and canceled the second, but they refused to refund my money—even though I had booked a flexible rate. I will never stay there again

I stayed at a Room Mate property in Madrid during this same holiday although this one in Barcelona was vastly different. The rooms were a lot smaller, staff not as friendly and the plumbing seems quite old so water pressure is quite low and you have to fiddle a lot with the taps to get the right temperature. The location is good, although I would rate the hotel as just average.

Hotel was brillent, with great location for access to metro and gothic quarter. Theres plenty off places for good food within waking distance.
