Stylish everywhere but the room!

Stylish hotel in everywhere but the rooms. Whilst the rooftop top bar and pool are a huge bonus, our Deluxe roon was tired and worn, loose floorboards and not very well cleaned. No USB charging in room. Worst was the bathroom. Upon running a bath the tap/outlet burst into a dark brown liquid and a mass of long old hairs.. suffice to say no one in the family ended up having a bath in the end. When I informed reception, I was met with complete apathy, almost as if they expected the complaint. No rectification or apology was offered. Suggest the management look into the customer service on handling a complaint! Was fine checking in

This hotel is incredible. I would stay here again any time. The architecture, the room, the bed, the hospitality, the rooftop bar and pool… everything was perfect.

A little out of the way from main attractions but with easy access to public transport. Nice building with large rooms and good size bathrooms. Food was very good though prices were a little high as expected. The only negative experience was reception which was always very busy. On arrival I was told they could not find my booking but after a few minutes they did. Then they told me I had to pay as I had not done so yet. This was not the case as the stay has been paid in full, after a bit more digging they found out I had indeed paid. Room was ready early which was a plus.

This is a wonderful hotel in an awful location for tourism. The best part of the hotel were the pools. The hotel itself was very clean and a fun design. Sadly, it is not in a walkable location and except for the pools, it is not kid friendly with sharp corners and heavy flush doors.
