great service! we had some questions about the ladder to the bunker bed, the stuff named Aquiles came to our room twice to help: first time he came to show us how to set up the ladder securely when my kid was sleeping in the upper bed; after my kid woke up, he came up second time and install an extra protection bar to the upper bed.

The property is not a four star. Luck to get two To get to room needed to travers three sets of stairs, cross deck that was in need of repair,, broken patio stones, deck falling apart. Then take en elevator to reach floor. Room service never answered nor did front desk by house phone. No bar area nor good restaurant in-house
