This nice apartment near the Barraquer Clinic can accommodate 3 people. It has one bedroomon the first floor with a comfortable double bed and direct access to the bathroom. The entrance door is located in the room.

Going down the stairs, we find the living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a sofa in the living room for 1 person to sleep, ideal for resting after an exciting day of sightseeing in Barcelona. The apartment has 1 bathroom with a shower, providing comfort and privacy to guests. In the living room, you will find a sofa and a TV so you can relax and enjoy pleasant moments.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, allowing you to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals in the comfort of the apartment. In addition, the apartment is equipped with additional amenities such as iron, hair dryer, air conditioning, heating, washing machine and dryer. Free Wi-Fiis also provided to stay connected during your stay.

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
