The best things about this hotel were the location, the very new and modern bathroom and helpful people at front desk. The room had a king size bed, which was also nice. Small room as is typical for hotels in Europe. It’s a very small hotel with dark hallways and we had a window that looked directly into a wall of a building.

Good hotel, excellent location

We have a lovely stay, your accomodations are really nice, but we have a couple of comments. First, we had a big problem sleeping because of the metro passing every five to ten minutes starting at 6 am, so light sleepers should be made aware. Also, the first room we stayed in March 24th had a tub with a shower head pointing straight out and no enclosure, so the bathroom floor was flooded after our showers. The second room we stayed in on the 3rd floor April 2nd had a great enclosed shower, the whole room was great. The staff was very helpful. Location within the city was excellent.

It looks better online. But it was dirty. You’re on top of a metro line so it’s loud and shakes. The room was not pristine there were weird marks on the bathroom door and grime in the bathroom shower.

Easy to get anywhere. The dark green colour of the devour makes the property darker. The shower hot water controls are too sensitive to movement and guests can get burned.

Room 204 was extremely noisy from the Barcelona Metro untill 00.30 during weekdays and 02.00 on weekends. This is the 1st time i have experienced such a poor experience at this hotel, normally I have nothing but good to say about it
