We actually were moved to the H10 Metropolitan hotel. Hotel was very clean and located well, just a half block from Placa de Catalunya. Staff were engaged and very helpful. Especially Alexia, who made sure every detail of our stay was addressed. She truly wanted our visit to be memorable.

Excellent location, really can’t get any better and more central. Really easy to use the trains and metro to and from the airport and Barcelona Sants station - the metro stop is literally right outside the door. Everywhere I wanted to see was walkable or easily accessible by metro. Bustling and safe at all hours of day and night. 24/7 front desk and security. My only dislike was the room I got. Probably my own fault when booking! The lift didn’t go up to the top floor so had to lug by own bags up the last two flights of stairs. The room was outrageously tiny - like a shoebox/dorm room - with no natural light and tiny frosted windows that slightly opened out onto an inaccessible part of the roof. I was actually a little taken aback. There was also only one power outlet in the whole room. I had to ask reception to provide a multi plug, which they did very quickly and kindly! I usually wouldn’t mind as I’m not in the hotel much when travelling as out and about. But it was an expensive stay and a bit claustrophobic feeling even as somewhere just to sleep. Overall would I would definitely recommend the place and would 100% stay again (in a different room). Just don’t book the essential single room I did!

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the main attractions in Barcelona. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious, really loved our experience.

This property was the perfect little boutique hotel right in the middle of all the action in Barcelona. The hop on, hop off bus stop is directly across the street. The staff were always more than willing to help with any questions we had. The room was very clean and had plenty of room. We ate breakfast here two of our three mornings we stayed. Quite good and had everything we needed to get our day started.
