Ideal 1-bedroom apartment with a capacity of 2 to 4 people, minutes from Plaza Cataluña&Born. The apartment has a double bed or two single beds + 1 double sofa bed in the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Very nice area, near the Born, you can walk to the main tourist spots. Picasso Museum, Arc de Triomf, Ciutadella Park. Easy walk to La Sagrada Familia. Shared roof. Possibility of parking in the building with extra cost.

Easy, convenient, clean, and quiet

The ease of check-in, check-out, and luggage storage made this a true pleasure. The apartment is clean, quiet, cool (AC), and within walking distance of attractions. Traveling with a child with food allergies, the kitchen with good appliances made our stay in Barcelona easier and less stressful. It was a good, central spot from which to enjoy the city’s many pleasures.

Clean and functional

Great place near Arc de Triomphe metro. The area does not feel touristy. Convenient; lots of bakeries, restaurants and markets around. This place has a/c, but the bedroom does not so can get stuffy. Overall, a recommend!

Quartier tranquille , à 5 minutes du métro Arc de Triomf et de la Gare ,espaces confortables, clim.

Appartement au premier plancher , confortable , belle salle de bain, le divan du salon commence à être défraîchi , et les articles de cuisine sont très très de base ( pas de couteau de chef , spatule, passoire, , ouvre-boîte , éplucheur ... ) mais si on demande à la réception , ils peuvent en trouver . En plus de la vaisselle , il y avait seulement 2 chaudrons .

Location parfaite pour un séjour de courte durée. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Pas tres loin du centre ville et plusieurs magasins et restaurants dans les environs. Je le conseille vivement.
