The hotel was in a very central area of Barcelona, and we enjoyed the restaurant, bar, and nearby activities. We encountered a few problems with our room, such as the cooling/heating not working well the first day, but the staff quickly resolved them by moving us to a new room. The only repeated issue was that our key cards kept "breaking" or getting de-magnetized, so we had to get new room keys each day, which was slightly inconvenient. Aside from this small issue, the hotel offers good value for the money in a great area with responsive staff.

Everything about this hotel is top notch. It’s located in a beautiful area of Barcelona. Staff is very accommodating and rooms are very nice. Only downside was the busy street in front of the hotel which unfortunately is busy into the late hours. But other than that, a great hotel.

Best experience I’ve had

Amazing check in and incredible breakfast buffet, best eggs I’ve ever had. Plus all the staff are exceptionally friendly, and the vibe is really welcoming and positive. Plus the perfect location. Great stay, would recommend to anyone.

Came on a solo trip and honestly the stay was superb. The area was quiet but nearby to everything and I particularly loved the deluxe room with the mini pool. I will most definitely be returning to this hotel again

I booked according to the reviews. Thought everything was nearby but it was not. Had to take taxi to places of attraction. Needed a tourist office but they could not provide information to me. They said will find out and let me know. Was there 3 days and asked 3 different people and no one was able to provide information. Do was a little disappointed. Overall hotel is very nice.

One elevator working the whole weekend, that made people impatient, a group of people checked in and even though we told them the elevator was for 4 people they got in with suitcases and the lady shoved me against the window, They need to have someone in charge of the elevator when there is just one. The air conditioning was not working properly.

Pros: Great location — walkable and right in the city center. Cons: The online check-in process promoted by the hotel in multiple emails did not work properly. I had to enter all my information several times online, only to repeat the entire process again at the front desk. Only one of the two elevators was working during my stay, which led to long waits and lines, especially during busy times like breakfast. Starting around 9 AM, the cleaning staff begins knocking on doors and speaking loudly in the hallways. Even with a "Do Not Disturb" sign, I was repeatedly woken up. The soundproofing is very poor, making it difficult to rest. Overall: I would not recommend this hotel if you plan to sleep in past 9 AM or are recovering from a long flight. The staff does not respect quiet hours, and your need for rest may not be accommodated.

The hotel was perfect for our family of 4. We appreciate the bathroom size (as we have been staying in places with small showers). Overall cleanliness was good. The breakfast buffet was great! Clean and good food. The pool is small, though it's peaceful and still family friendly.

Room is clean, area felt safe, I would stay here again. Note the pool is more like a large bath tub, the property photos are deceiving. Regardless the rooftop patio is lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay here . We were 5 days . And we walked everywhere . So convenient and safe . A lot places to eat around . I paid for daily breakfast and love it . We had omelette , fried eggs everything cook in front of us . The staff is very welcoming. Best service . I will definitely come back . Very clean too .
