Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet area between Camp Nou stadium, Sants train station and the congress center la Fira Barcelona.
100m from the Santa Eulàlia metro station, you will reach Plaza Cataluña and the Ramblas (without changing lines) in 10 minutes.
Completely renovated in 2020 this apartment is tastefully decorated. It consists of a living / dining room including a sofa, a Smart TV screen (Netflix) and a table for having breakfasts and meals. It has a balcony.
An open kitchen, functional and fully equipped (fridge, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, etc.)
Two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The master bedroom has a Queen Size bed and the second has 2 single beds. A complete bathroom with shower.
Enjoy the superb roof terrace. Fully equipped to have a drink, your breakfasts or spend an afternoon sunbathing.
The apartment is CLEANED AND DISINFECTED by a team of professionals before your stay.
It is equipped with reversible air conditioning, a WiFi fiber connection and washing machine.
-Lockers service available in the building.-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-This apartment is equipped with an alarm system Securitas Direct. Alarm which is totally disconnected when guests are in the apartment.
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.
Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 20€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 30€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 20€. Early check-in before 14h00, if available, requires extra 20€.
Hospitalet (Barcelona) city tax not included: 1€per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
