Our beautiful house is in a traditional village on the coast of Barcelona just 20 minutes from the city center. Ideal for families. Parties are not allowed because it is located in a quiet neighborhood.
The location is wonderful because in 3 minutes walking you can enjoy the beach or catch the train if you decide to get closer to the city.
The cozy house has 5 rooms (2 quadruple and 3 doubles) and 3 bathrooms

The house is located in a very quiet and family neighborhood so it is perfect, and our target customer are families and groups of friends with children looking for a few days of relaxation between the sea and the beautiful city of Barcelona.

Ideal for those who, in work days, fairs and meetings, look for a place where, besides working enjoy a walk by the seaa. The house is ideal for groups of companies who want to go to the fair in Barcelona (`Fira Barcelona`). Being the fair 40 minutes by car or 1h20min by public transport.
It is also perfect for families and groups of families who want to enjoy a holiday 5 minutes walk from the beach and very close to Barcelona.

It has a large garden to access from the beautiful living room and a bright terrace where you can meet the sun. The rooms are perfect to be used according to the needs of each group. It is important, in the case of large groups, to keep in mind that the house has two bathrooms.

The house is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets; That is, everything that may be necessary for the quartermaster of the stay is within easy and comfortable reach.

Parties or events are only allowed with previous agreement. Without it are not allowed for the wellbeing of the neighbourhood. Thanks for understanding.

Is a very quiet neighborhood, with restaurants, supermarkets and any kind of normal services, closer than 5 minutes walking.

You can move either with public transport or by car. There is a train to Barcelona each 8minutes. And by car is easy to reach and you can usually find parking in less than 5min.

Please note that some of the furnishings, decoration or elements such as flooring or tiles may be replaced each season to enhance the guest experience without altering the functionality of the villa.

Respect the Check-in and Check-out times. Earlier Checkin or later Checkout only possible with explicit permission.

One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay.

Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests

Please treat the house as if it’s your own.

500€/900€ (depending of the house) security deposit will be collected and refunded within some days after the stay

All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation. This measure complies with current regulations and must be fulfilled upon check-in or as otherwise instructed by the host. Please mind always to rent certificated legal tourism properties.

Guests must dispose of rubbish and waste in the nearest bin.
Accommodation in a country house does not exempt guests from complying with this rule.
To find out where the bin is located, guests can consult their villa manager.
