This modern duplex is located in the Putxet neighborhood in the northern part of the city and is ideal for those looking for a relaxing stay in Barcelona. Here, you can discover the most authentic part of Barcelona where many exquisite and authentic restaurants are located, as well as bars already established for many years.

The apartment is also located very close to several bus stops (Homer - Escipió / Pl. Lesseps - Riera de Vallcarca) and the metro (Lesseps / Pàdua / Fontana). Only 15 minutes away, you will find the heart of the city. As far as supermarkets are concerned, there is a great variety just a few meters from the apartment.

This bright duplex apartment was designed to combine modernity and quality. At the entrance, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils so you can prepare your own meals during your stay if you wish.

Next to the kitchen, the spacious living room will allow you to relax after a long day of walking in the city. In the rest of the apartment, you will find 3 rooms: 1 with a double bed, and another with 2 single beds; as well as 2 bathrooms created so you can be as comfortable as possible both with an integrated bathtub and shower. Through the private terrace, you will have direct access to the communal pool of the apartment.

From washing machine, dishwasher, clothes iron, microwave to the coffee maker, not forgetting an excellent internet connection for our free Wifi, a flat-screen TV, as well as all the equipment you will need to feel at home. Additionally, for those who prefer to come by car and avoid the stress of finding a car park in the city, we can offer you private parking located in the same building as your apartment.

As we want your stay to be as simple and relaxed as possible, we have developed a wide variety of extra services such as pick-ups from and to the apartment, tickets to the most famous attractions of the city, as well as the purchase for your breakfast and snacks so that Do not worry about making the purchase upon arrival.

-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

The property manager staff was very helpful and great to communicate with. The property was clean. The privacy at this place needs to get some covers at some windows but overall this is a great place for families and friends.

TERRIBLE - VRBO should delist this property!!

We would like to formally request a significant refund of a portion of our stay. This apartment is definitely not as described in the listing (and our neighbors next door who rented from you also had similar issues and open a formal inquiry) - for many reasons: + the pool was not able to be used until Friday (we checked in Tuesday) and even then not clean + the washer/dryer handle is broken and not able to open - we were required to take all of our laundry to a laundromat and pay to launder it (which took 2-3 hours and $$) + the first floor window shades are missing or broken + the sink drains upstairs do not allow water to go down + the grass out back is overgrown with 3 foot weeds + there are bugs in the kitchen + there is no dishwasher soap + there is no coffee maker + various lights not working or flickering + the master bathroom window hinge seems to be broken + overall, the apartment is not very clean and certainly not as described in the photos on VRBO + we agreed to pay the full amount listed because of the listing and everything being in good working order with all amenities listed and clean. This apartment is far from that and not having access to the pool for 4+ days is a major issue. There are other issues but too much to type here. I hope you get the idea that things are not up to standard for the price and not aligned to your VRBO listing. We certainly deserve some sort of significant refund for this stay.
