The elevator broke and we couldn’t get a ride down. We had to walk down 9 floors since we couldn’t get onto the other floors with our keys. They finally fixed it when we left.

Very tiny room but clean and modern. Overall it served its purpose as we needed a stay on short notice and that one that wouldn’t break the bank. The hotel’s location was also very good.

This was our second stay at Allegro. Friendly staff, clean rooms more than adequate for our stays. The only thing I would say is this time we were at the front and on the first floor, the people noise from the bar next door was fairly loud, and we were a lot more aware of the noise/shaking from I assume the metro. We didn't notice/hear that from the inside 5th floor last time.

Great stay at this hotel! Room was perfect and had everything we needed. No window that opens but purely due to safety however the aircon worked wonders. The location is amazing, very central, close to the metro, shops, restaurants etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Can't fault the hotel really, Would definitely stay here again.

The location was great. Basic hotel. No outdoor space and no proper lobby to hang out and have a drink in but it was fine for a short stay. There was a bit of confusion about the beds when I arrived but it was fixed with extra money, which I felt I shouldn't have had to pay as it was something I inquired on before I arrived and booked but the charge was quite small, so not worth arguing over. The staff was helpful and kind on my last day and allowed me a later check out which was very appreciated.

El staff es maravilloso, el hotel luce muy bien decorado aunque las habitaciones deberian renovar sus appliances como la secadora de cabello, el steam, el refrigerador agregar cafetera para cafe espresso. Por lo demas todo muy bien, la chica de la recepcion que es de Moldavia ( no recuerdo su nombre) ella es la estrella del hotel, es super professional, respetuosa y muy capacitada
