The bright apartment has been completely redecorated to welcome our
guests and make them feel at home.

We have a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable single
sofa bed in the living room, providing enough space for 3 people. It
also has a fully equipped bathroom and a kitchen with everything you
need to make your stay a complete experience.

Balcony accessible from the living room. The apartment also has a
washing machine, shared wifi, and a fully furnished kitchen for all
your needs during your stay.

Public transport is at street level and the metro is just a few minutes
from the apartment. The neighborhood has supermarkets, shops,
restaurants, and other services. The metro stop connects directly to
the train station and the airport.

A/C in the living room.

Currently, the building next door is undergoing construction work, so
some noise may be heard during the day.

Please take into account the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

-Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.

- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€6.25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). The tourist tax will increase to €9.50 starting from April 1, 2026.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

-The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
