On two floors this lovely apartment is located right next to the rooftop pool and enjoy a cozy exclusive outdoor space with table and chairs for dining and sunbathing. Is located inside the farm the Villa Romita, housed in a former convent in 1500 and owned by the family that Biliotti care activity personally. From the exclusive terrace of the apartment you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the Val di Pesa. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace, a kitchenette and bathroom, while the first floor room with 4 beds including 2 in a loft on sight. Only on request and availability is it possible to add an extra bed.
There's a private patio. A kitchenette is outfitted with a refrigerator and a stovetop. The bathroom has a shower and a bidet.
